Many of our employees work at the Zimmer world headquarters located in Warsaw, Indiana, which is in Kosciusko County. Year round, exciting things are happening in Kosciusko County. We are one of the most beautiful areas in the Midwest with over 100 lakes and a popular site for summer retreats, family vacations, and weekend getaways. Festivals, shopping, dining, museums, and live theatre enhance our community.
Chicago and Indianapolis are just over a two-hour drive offering extensive shopping, restaurants, museums, theatres, festivals, and professional sports.
Visitors to Zimmer typically fly into the South Bend or Fort Wayne Airports.
Both are a short, one-hour drive away.
Development
At Zimmer we believe that leaders are required at every level in the organization and that every employee has the potential to be a leader. We emphasize continuous learning and provide leadership development training, a variety of educational programs, and opportunities to learn from experiences on the job. We also offer tuition reimbursement for employees attending eligible university classes.
